I have been working on a 45 Day Vision board and a 12 month one from Birthday to Birthday...I keep second guessing my goals...THEY ARE SO BIG!!
I have been getting discouraged because I know that my goals also INCLUDE helping other people ACHIEVE their goals and sometimes I admit that can be like pulling teeth. Even people you love can disappoint you, when your goals are intertwined with theirs whether they mean to or not.
DO YOU KNOW WHY?!
Because it's your GOAL and it's not their goal...or even if it's a shared goal...they may have their own SHIT going on...whatever it is...it's not PERSONAL it's life! They love YOU...it's not about YOU...it's their deal!!
So what's the SOLUTION to HAVING an BIG VISION even if you can't do it alone?
1) FOCUS on GROWING yourself...as you focus on you Personal Development...you will GROW into your goals! You will also ATTRACT like minded people who want what you want.
2) Focus on CONTROLLING the CONTROLLABLE...this means set your goals then set your TARGETS. Then you need to breakdown the activities YOU can do that will help you hit your targets...then DO THEM!! This also means that since other people are not controllable...you can't focus on specific people in this exercise.
3) FOCUS on CONSISTENCY...this means that just because you do the activities for a day...a week...or even a month...then put it in CRUISE CONTROL that YOU will automatically hit the HUGE VISION GOALS you set. You must put in CONSISTENT EFFORT every day whether YOU FEEL LIKE IT OR NOT forever!
You have to form a #HABITofSUCCESS because the moment you quit...you backslide and we are FOCUSED on GROWTH!!
I am going to TAKE my own advice and finish my VISION BOARD of MASSIVE SUCCESS...because I BELIEVE I will ACHIEVE it and I will HELP others achieve it too...who KNOWS it may very well be you!!
